About the program

The TAGGAT SAMA PME program takes Senegalese businesses that are already operating towards bankability, combining legal, financial and tax structuring, capacity building, digitalisation — through a proprietary ERP solution deployed free of charge — and introductions to financial institutions. This first intake adapts, in a lighter version accessible to the local market, a support methodology inspired by international best practices in investment readiness, refocused on the realities and funding partners of the Senegalese market (commercial banks, insurers, FONGIP, guarantee schemes) rather than on venture capital. • Weekly cohort coaching: close, in-person support whose content adapts to the maturity of each group of businesses; • Hands-on TAM TAM ERP workshops: run by the IT & Artificial Intelligence unit; • The TAGGAT MASTERCLASS: cross-cohort sessions led by sector experts.
