Privacy policy
This policy describes the personal data collected by TamTam FinConnect, its purposes and your rights, in accordance with Senegalese data protection law and the requirements of the CDP (Commission de protection des Données Personnelles).
1. Data we collect
Identity and contact details, company information (NINEA/RCCM identifiers, declared financial data), uploaded supporting documents and usage traces required for service security.
2. Purposes
Account creation and management, trust-score computation, matchmaking with financing partners, fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations.
3. Data sharing
File data is only shared following an action by the user: applying to an offer, requesting a matchmaking, or submitting a credit dossier to the network of financial partners. A dossier left as a draft is never transmitted. A submitted dossier stops being visible to partners once it expires.
4. Retention
Data is kept for the lifetime of the account, then archived according to the applicable legal durations (including 10 years for electronic-signature audit trails).
5. Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, objection and deletion, exercisable from your profile (GDPR & data tab) or by contacting support.
